Check in and out

Check-in is from 3 PM to 6 PM. Please state your estimated time of arrival when booking to ensure that someone from the hotel is present. If you would like to arrive earlier than 3 PM, this is not a problem, but please note that the rooms are ready between 2 PM and 3 PM. If you arrive at the hotel before 3 pm, you can already put your luggage in the hotel and we can already register your car for parking (if you come by car).
If you arrive later than 6 pm, it is possible until 10 pm at the latest, but you must indicate this when booking and the hotel will confirm this upon approval.

Check-out is from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the latest.

Parking

It is possible to park through the hotel on the public road near the hotel. We register the registration number of your car upon arrival and the car is registered until 12 noon on the day of departure. The parking costs per day are € 16.50. We can only register the car per day. On warm sunny days and in the high season (June to September) it is very busy on Scheveningen and it may be that the parking options on the public road are limited. We cannot reserve and / or guarantee parking spaces.

Disabled / handicapped

For the disabled or people with reduced mobility, we have 2 rooms on the ground floor. (based on availability). If you wish, please indicate this when booking. The hotel does not have a lift.

Pets are not allowed with us.

Payment options

There are various payment options at Hotel de Stern
You can pay in cash, with a debit card (PIN), with Visa and Mastercard and it is possible to pay with crypto (Bitcoin and Etherium).

Cancellation policy

You can cancel a reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged.
